We also try to treat each customer as if they were our most important (at least to their face). Only problem with that is sometimes they actually start believing it! Thats when the problems start popping up. ie: "What do you mean you cant print this order until tomorrow...I've spent almost $200 with your company this year" So I wonder is there a way that we can treat them like our SECOND best customer? | |
