I always ask someone to count the cash I just gave them. I count it before handing it to them. I want it counted again just to ensure that we both KNOW how much money changed hands. Shirts should be done the same. That said... It is customary to produce a custom made product with an allowance for underage and overage. I have seen tolerances that range from zero to 10 percent. Usual and customary practices should be spelled out in the contract. Then we all know what is happening... Print the one dang shirt. I know that this will hurt. (DTG might help) Change your policy. Then print and bill the overage... | ||
