  Hey Jamie,

Sounds like a daily problem for us. We constantly have customers who forget to order a piece or add on later. We kepe the screens for a week at least. It is the biggest pain and waste in time and money, but you have to do it. You could tell the customer no and they will get mad. Customers think printing a hisrt is like file print and VOILA!!! Pretty sucky reality but you have to bend over backwards to keep them
