  A good customer (no huge orders, but consistent & loyal)picks up her order. Three days later I get a call that she is 1 shirt short. The number of shirts had to be exact so we double checked before printing and upon boxing them up. The screens were already reclaimed.... Do you guys have any policies or paperwork to remedy this? Is the customer always right?
