Been using caps equipment for almost a year now--No real problems I didn't expext going in--Using the combo cap, shirt dryer. --Question, Curing caps how far do you place from the side element?---If I place the bill close to the element it may scortch---Printed 180 caps yesterday, using laser temp gun bottom of design closest to bill would be maybe 285 and top of design maybe 340 or so--Discoverd I could get best cure running caps through twice with face of bill about 8 or 10 inches from the element---Curing has been a little trickey for me---90% of caps I print are cotton twill-Too close to element cotton twill on front will want to wrinkle a little, by the way as far as misprints are concerned the 180 yesterday were two color and not a single misprint--Would like some feed back as to some of the tricks some of you may be using.
