Bob, They are a great group of people. I met Allen and his finacee (now wife) at the Columbus Ohio show. After going through all the other booths I kept coming back to his. He answered all the questions without hesitation. We received our 6 color 4 station shop setup last Monday and Allen arrived at our house on Thursday for two days of in shop training (at no additional cost).
