I have the HOPKINS WIN 4/4 press with joystick registration. My press takes up a space of 7' measurement was taken from end of one platen to the other, per your request. My screens are generally 19x22 to 20x24. The platen that I normally use is the 18"x18" size. I mention this only because it would be possible to use a shorter screen, and a smaller platen, which would mean the press would take up less space. Without the platens on the press, the press arms measure 78" from end of one arm to the end of the other arm. Hope that helps! ____________________ Sue Kempf Artist | |
