Doesn't it just drive you nuts? I ended up cutting an old scoop coater down to size with the chop saw. Make sure you tape the end you cut if you do this, measure the length you want and cut right through the tape. It makes a nice smooth edge that way. But I will warn you that it still isn't easy because the screens for the Antec hat printer bow/bend so easy. It may look ugly but if you don't get big globs of emulsion on the screen it will work.
