This is not a computer case related board. It took me a couple of read throughs before I had any idea what you were talking about. Antec makes manual (does not hook up to any electricity) screen printing presses and the like. But if you can mount your IR receiver behind any window and find a place to screw it in, why don't you just scrape off the black paint and do that? I know that shiny case looks pretty, but it will get scuffed up soon enough anyway. Or why don't you mount it without scraping off the paint? Infrared wavelengths are long, and the black paint may not interfere with reception. Just a thought. Have you called Antec (the computer case people) about that? Next time, why don't you post your question in "Computers." It is possible, but not probable, that someone there may know the answer.
