No need to disassemble the unit. Just lift the glass (Carefully) may be a 2 person job. Rotate the old lamp about 3/4's turn and it will lift out of the sockets. Insert the new lamp make sure the pins on the end of the lamp align with the slots in the sockets 3/4's turn snaps it it place. Gently replace the glass.
