  I have hix retensionable frames for my manual press they work ok. The problem is when you stretch them, seldom do they all turn out the same size, you have to line everything off the bottom of the frame where it clamps in the manual, I can't see them working well with an auto, I like the Idea of using the angle iron, that would work.
