The digital temperature reading is relative. You need to have the proper combination of temperature and dwell time. I have run the smaller 2608 unit at 280 degrees with a 40 second dwell and acheived proper cure. If prior shirts are not cured properly, you are most likely running then through the dryer too fast and the heat isn't going all the way through to the shirt. It is always better for the ink to have a slightly lower temp for a longer dwell time than trying to zip them through at a high temp. Lower your temp enough to allow the shirts at least 40-50 seconds of dwell time but make sure you are reaching 320-330.
