The rolling over is happening because the cylinder simply ran out of pressure, I found you need to start speeding it up and slightly releasing the pressure, also try to get the squeegee more straight up. Curable reducer is the best way to go but at that point you might as well still use regular ink. Dont know what Colin is talking about I have tried just about every white ink out there and have finally figured out the best maximum opacity ink is going to be thick as hell no matter what some manufacturer tells you. I would challenge anyone to show me a video of a Javelin printing an unaltered Union maxopake ink on their press. [Edited on 2/27/08 by Inkman996] | ||
