boy i ran into the same problem with my javelin. I went down the line eliminating the possibites. everything from printing on 156 down to 125 mesh squeege rubber changed out, flip cyclinder change outs cause i thought mine where weak. I even went so far as to look at the tape the squeege edges where runnin on so i ran my emulsion out farther so the squeege sat on nothin but the screen, With all that said and done the only thing that fixed it was a 3% mixture of curable reducer from my one stroke dis. oh and by the way i was tryin to print with colormax series from one stroke. then it printed out awsome. In between eliminating all those varablies and help from Monty Bartel one thing is for sure, I sure learned alot about the press and the learning curve from manual to auto, And this forum really helps also. thanks charlie... ____________________ thanks charlie... | ||
