Yep....nice lookin' print ya got there Dan. I am guessing the printer sometimes has less than satisfactory coverage of solid black print from a 300 mesh, even with the help of a blue halftone under it. I am also going out on a limb and guessing that they used the 195 for the base as some of the garments were sweats....they probably have had greater success with that than the 230.
