Dan makes lots of great points, I think he missed one very important one that would stop all this in its tracks, no artist here should complete work without being paid up front. Then following Dans reasoning this would have to create a bad artists forum because now it would be the payee's that have issues. So in retrospect neither should happen, a person that has gotten stiffed should just simply place a post in simple terms, explaining the details and who it was. SIMPLE, then the other party can come here and state his case if he has one, if he doesn't he would probably just go away anyways. Now I bet this might lead to non payers posting pics of bad art and sep, so I would suggest anyone actually calling someone out be damned sure positive their work is up to snuff.
