I belong to NAPP, the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.

It is a GRAET resource for learning. They have hundreds of online tutorials, and online video tutorials that cover just about EVERY aspect of this powerful program.

The NAPP conferece is coming up in Orlando, and is held twice a year. I went the last year when it was in Boston, and I am STILL putting things that I learned into practice. Thre full days of intense seminars.

They also publish numerous books about PS, Scott Kelby (Founding father of NAPP) has many, available online or at Barnes+Noble, Borders, Etc. I highly recommend them.

They also produce numerous DVD's. I also HIHGHLY recommend them. Ones by Scott Kelby, Matt Kozklowski, and Dave Cross are all awesome.

If you join Napp, ( I think it's $100 per year), you also get access to Photoshop TV, a weekly online TV program, as well as numerous discounts from vendors.

The NAPP help desk is a 24 hour seervice, and has saved my skin a number of times!!

They also produce seminars that travel the country. Visit their site, and check the schedlule. You do not need to be a member to go. Bert Monroy, Deke Mcclelland, etc, are all fantastic instructors.

Oh And they also publish Photoshop User, and Layers magazines. You get one subscription with a membership.

Here is their site: http://www.photoshopuser.com/

BTW if you decide to join, then go to a seminar, they usualluy offer discounted 'add on years' memberships, and they throw in a book or dvd.

BTW, we use both Corel and Photoshop. With me it just takes setting my brain to Corel mode, or PS mode.

Good luck, and most of all, Have FUN!!
