Well my older auto was a 6 color tuff my set up times are way more than 2 times as fast now. But I did not have any type of pre regi system with the tuff. when we got our first MHM 12 color our set up times went to about 10 seconds on a one color only because all you have to do is put the screen and it is registred if postioned properly on the film postioning unit. so for multi colors about 5 to 10 seconds to put the sceen in and about 10 to 20 seconds to micro register.You still have about the same time spint on all presses getting ready to print I.E. flood bars ink loading and test printing. we run about 8 to 10 multi color jobs 2 to 6 colors from 80 to 500 shirts in an 8 hour shift per press on a good production day. ____________________ Jay Kennon Integriteez Screen Works Tulsa Ok. 918-663-8339 | ||
