| Yes! We have had two come apart on us. Unfortunately Hirsch is acting like it may be a problem we are causing. I however know from MHM's former equipment supplier that this is not a uncommon problem. I feel that this is a serious problem that needs to be addressed with a recall of the part. Someone is going to get seriously hurt. As you know these parts explode with extreme force. | ||
