I can tell you that to replace the head is just short of $1800 plus shipping or at least it was last year when I had mine done.

Film 100x12.5in runs between $175-200 per roll. You may be able to find it a bit cheaper but not by much.

Also I have be told that although OYO still supports the item and still produces about 6 printheads per year, some parts, and I kind of think it is the electronics, are no longer being produced. This is at least what I think I remember hearing.

You can always call the OYO tech support guys and they will give you the skinny. I will tell you that some of them are not real big fans of the EcoPro. It is old technology and these guys are techies.

Before you can put a price on the thing you should really run some film through it to make sure the printhead and rollers are good order.

There was a guy in Florida that inherited an EcoPro, ran some film through it just to discover that the rollers were tearing up the film and the output had a beautiful straight line down the side. He offered to give it to me for the price of shipping alone. Last I knew, he was using it as a door stop.

Just my humble opinion....
