We were outputting film happily with our EcoPro when the image stopped appearing on the film. The printer "thinks" it's still printing, but nothing is there. The last film to print is fine until the final inch or so, which is not quite opaque. The next piece after that was just clear. Any ideas? Bad heat element? Bad roll of film?
