can you scan in and show a sample of the problem. I had major problems with my EcoPro, had to have the head and moptherboard replaced, a lil over 3k when said and done. I did have a techstyler for about 5-6 months while they fixed me ecopro. Are they streaks or voids. even though it looks like a streak it could be a void meaning your probably looking at a new thermal head. I had to return a new roll of bad film with a streak 2 inchec from one side throughout the entire roll of film. At least as much as I would roll out. What a PITA.
