| Thanks for the reply. Dust was our & Oyo's first suspected culprit. We switched to a silk wiper and changed the contact point with the film every day. No improvement. We look for dust on the printhead with a loop & clean with alcohol rubs and rubber gloves. no improvement. We purchased a new dust devil that we dedicated to cleaning the techstyler and store sealed in a plastic bag when not in use. no improvement. We have run nib tests and determined that nibs fail intermittently. They do not heat to spec consistantly. Oyo's customer service rep says that due to workload they just can't work me in for repairs, So, I'm trying to find out all I can from other users in field. | |
