I am not an expert on auto printing but I will try to help. I assume the top colors are all on top of the underbase. If so then they need to be on very high mesh count to prevent them from squishing out on the underbase. The ink can not go down into the base like when printing on the t-shirt so needs to be very thin. Also use as little pressure as possible. You may need to slow down the stroke to let the ink clear the screen. As for the white, how much white is showing in the design. If not a whole lot I would recommend you try Rutland's new Street Fighter cotton white. This ink is amazing. Unbelievable coverage in just one pass. The only time I need to double print is if the white is a big section like a square or something. But most fonts or outlines are fine in one pass. Hope this helps. ____________________ Toby | |
