Yeah I have heard the stories about the older versions of discharge and am glad I am am not dealing with that!

The smell is the formaldehyde smell that comes from the ZFS additive.

I am using plasitcaharge additive with union plastisol inks 50/50 and add the additive before getting ready to print.

I am using a very small conveyer dryer and it takes two passes to complete the discharge.

My dryer is probably too hot (it's only got one setting) so I crank up the belt speed and run the shirts through twice.

I get good discharge but could the fact that the discharge is starting then stopping then starting again with the multiple passes cause it to not off gass properly leaving the smell?

Are you left with the ZFS smell on the shirts after they come out of the dryer? Do you have to wash/dry all the shirts before you give them to the customer?

For me it is bad enough that I could not sell these. I am just in testing mode now.
