One of the things that amazes me is how so many printers assume that all inks must be printed right out of the bucket. Use a curable reducer to thin the ink to a consistency that will clear the screen. Now, I used to do the whole Diamond White thing. I found the titanium crystals were not ground as finely as needed to do quality printing. I moved to Rutland Snap White. It has a creamier, less grainy consistency. Smooth enough that with minimal reducer added, I have printed it through 305 screens with ease. Has a better cure, too. ____________________ Dale Hensarling | ||
