We are newbies and proud of it! We are using the above mentioned ink and we are having a slight problem. We are manually printing and using a 130 mesh screen. The ink seems like it is really thick and when we print we have to do p/f/p to get good coverage. The problem is that the print is rough and when we apply another ink on top of this it distorts because the top color fills in on the low spots of the white ink.

I have called around to various places and they have suggested raising the off contact, greater angle with the squeege, faster stroke than normal, flood the screen, lighter pressure. I don't think I am leaving anything out. It still turns out the same. We are pulling our hair out. Fortunately we are just practicing and getting used to working with the equipment and different ink.

Any suggestions?
