Hello, It's my first post here!

I'm happy to offer some info on your problem. We've been printing singlets for wrestling for over ten years and the best ink we found so far (the one recomended by Union) is the Poly series. You'll get some stretch out of it and it'll have the least amount of bleed. You cannot mix unistretch with low bleed inks as this will add the plasticizers that cause the bleeding in the first place. You'll also want to ensure that you are not overcuring your ink as this will cause cracking.

Another thing I've discovered when printing lycra, is that you NEED rubber pallets. You can use a rubber build up pad or get rubber coated pallets from action engineering.

I hope my first forum post has been helpful, please let me know if you have any other questions.

Good Luck,

Henry
