| The best white for 100% cotton would be Union's PADM-1027 Bright Cotton White also MIXO-1000 also works well. The fuzziness could be an application issue. You may not be depositing enough of the ink on the surface of the garment. This is controlled by screen mesh, mesh tension, emulsion thickness or coating proceedure, squeegee durometer and angle,speed and pressure. Also flood stroke pressure and speed. You could also be getting the ink too hot in the dryer causing it to melt into the fabric. | ||
