Judging by the name I think this is the ink for the job? Union has always been good to me. For a thicker deposit, you can use a lower mesh screen, thicker coat of emulsion, or ideally, capillary film. For the fuzz stuff. It is basically an experience thing. As your print technique improves you'll learn the proper pressure and angle to use so the ink SHEARS off the fabric. I guess its hard to explain - but the fuzz/fibers come from not enough ink laying ON TOP of the fabric (fibers peek through easily) Good Luck ____________________ Failure is Great | |
