I am trying to print some reflective shirts for police with Union REFL-1500; Neutral Gray Reflective Plastisol on black shirts. It is not looking very good on its own (double stroke, Flash, double stroke) should I print it over a stock gray underbase or do I need "discharge underbase"? And what is that? HELP ME PLEASE!!
