  Very sorry to hear about the trouble.

Is it possible that the ink is not fading, but the customer is running into a "fibrillation" problem?

Fibrillation is described in the magazine articles. It happens sometimes with ringspun garments where "fuzzies" appear over the printed ink after washing. It looks like fading, but even if the ink is cured 100%, can appear with this fuzzy white top.
