Can someone please help. I printed a good number of shirts with the Unidye inks and the customer did wash tests before selling them. He stated that all the designs faded. What could be the problem? I printed these shirts with ink right from the container and added nothing. I heat cured them at 275 and ran the belt so the shirts where in the dryer for approximately a minute forty five seconds to 2 minutes. Am I missing something or could it be the material? The shirts are made of 100% ringspun cotton. I meet with him tomorrow and I am hoping to have some answers.
