Did you somehow change your off contact? The screen needs to be about 1/8 inch above the tee. Yes ink will "thicken" if it sits and it is always a good idea to stir it a bit before putting on the screen. I use Union ink almost exclusively and most of their inks I am able to get a decent printing consistency by just putting it in the ink well area of the screen and working it a bit with the squeegee for about a minute before I do my first flood. I also do one or two test prints before I start my print run to get the screen properly inked. How many prints did you try? Also how did you clean your screen after the first time? ____________________ Riley Hopkins 8/4 WorkHorse Point 1K Exposure Unit WorkHorse Primus 18x20 Flash WorkHorse Compact Conveyer Dryer Dual 500 Mac G4, 1.5GB RAM, OS X 10.3.9, 1TB storage | |
