Chances are you are not completely cured. Keep in mind this time of year (in most areas) it is very humid. Did you print that job on the one day of rain you've gotten this year? Your garments will absorb that humidity. When running them through your dryer the moisture will evaporate cooling down the ink as it does. You need to adjust your dwell time going through the dryer. Assuming you are in a very dry area but print/flash/printing, you need to adjust the dwell time over a straight print on a light garment.
