Lance you are a AWESOME! Anatol needs to start paying you by the hour! I appreciate all the time you put into this post. You were WAY more in depth than what I received from the people at Anatol(what a joke), I was so frustrated after dealing with them. Adam tried his best, but I had caught him in his rental car on the way to the airport. The guy at Anatol, Paul, was a complete waste. And DID NOT return phone calls to save my life! Sorry for the rant but, the anger of 2 FULL days of lost production on a piece of equipment that is 15 months old, had really gotten to me. I did end up fixing it my self, I started taking apart every joint, valve, and pipe in the gas line from where it comes into the building to where it gets distributed in the burner. Then using compressed air to give everything a thorough cleaning. Put it back together, and crossing my fingers, and we had lift off! Don't know exactly what I did or where I did it but it is working now. Again Lance, Thanks! ____________________ I've been printing for 9 years and still don't know anything! | ||
