I usewd to place a floor fan to blow on the shirt while on the cool down station. I set it up to blow toward the center of the press, so that it did not affect the flash's ability. It helped with the after tack quite a bit. Also, you want to flash to the flash point, and not over flash, as this will affect the overprint colors. Without knowing the height of the flash over the garment, it is hard to say if 12 sec is too long. Check the flash temp of the ink, then test the shirt with an IR gun. Good Luck! Capt.
