Ok this morning we started a 1200pc run, duotone on black tees. I'm still using my trusty OLD manual 4 color press. I print an hour or so, then we rotate between 3 of us. We finished 40-45 dozen today. Not sure if we'll finish the whole 1200 by tomorrow end of day. This is 2 colors, no flash, 2 strokes of white. I pray this is the last time we will have to print this many tees by hand! The new press should be installed next week Wednesday. The compressor arrived Tue, air dryer today, wiring and air lines tomorrow. I know we could knock that order out in half a day on the auto... As long as I crack the whip! | |
