I'm glad you went there...instead of me. I'm much longer winded than you! The object in my opinion has always been to print without double hitting and flashing...and whenever possible to print wet on wet by design. yes, get the tension up, get control of off-contact and squeegee and put thin controlled layers down and the flash energy and time required is far less.
