The Diamondback can dry cycle at 45 doz per hour. Your need for a consistent 30 doz per hour is no problem for the press. Operator comfort loading in automatic mode is the biggest problem I see in shops with a new press. One thing that always helped for me in training a new auto operator is the No-Shirt detector. I would have the loader purposely load every third pallet in the automatic mode, as he/she became comfortable at that speed I would have them load every other pallet till they felt comfortable loading every pallet.
