These valet services are nice if you don't want to deal with a bunch of catalogs. Personally, I choose to have the suppliers send me the catalogs, but there is a delay in getting them. The box size is usually not huge, but big enough to get a bunch of catalogs and some samples in. If the cost includes the shipping, it's a deal! Typically the costs involved in all this are absorbed by the show or a sponsor. Have fun.
