| Hi I manage cylinder printing of tumblers and bottles for a few years. I had 27 machines. No one is going to set up a machine for 100 bottles. That's just a sampel run. You can however check an ink seller like Naz Dar or other. They might still sell a manul jig for bottles that comes with a screen and sample inks. If its a soft bottle, it has to be fill with air other wise it will collasp. Some bottles have to be treated first so that the ink will hold. Just my two cents worth. You can't just lay a screen on top of a bottle. You need and off contact point from screen to bottle otherwise it will be all distorted and smeared. The bottle has to rotate with the screen. If it's a small print you can use a pad printer. They sell these manual pad printers too. Lots of expense for 100 bottles. I use to print over 150,000 prints a day. Good luck. | ||
