I have over 6 years of experience in all phases of the screen printing process. I can do screen room or print room work. I can print either manual or automatic up to 10 colors, caps and various other "specialty items", nylon and vinyl inks, numbering (transfers and direct), screened transfers and I can also mix ink. I have learned a lot in 6 years but I am always willing to learn more from people of all levels of experience. I like the way I do things but when it comes to shop operations, I understand that I am the one who needs to adapt to them unless someone asks for my input. I have no experience as a "manager" but I have taught people how to print and I am responsible enough to consider a position of that level. I am confident that I would be a good fit for a managerial position but with no verifiable management experience, I would be an underdog. As most of us here do, I love screen printing and I want to get back on the presses after about a year of being in an unrelated field. An ideal situation would be to work on a piecework basis, but I don't mind working hourly or salary as well. I just like the idea of piecework because when I have the opportunity to earn what I put in, it shows in a good way. Feel free to call or email me if you have anything available and I'd greatly appreciate it. Take care and thanks for taking the time to read. I should also mention, depending on the opportunities available, I'd be willing to relocate. Matt Einstein 856-449-4276 | |
