Degree Travel: Occasionally We are currently conducting a confidential search for a Divisional Manufacturing Manager to head our signage operations. This person will be responsible for the following: Serve as a working manager to plan, organize, and direct all manufacturing related operations of our signage division. Provide necessary product and process knowledge in the manufacturing of signs (photopolymer & engraved) achieving production goals and conformance to meet customer delivery dates. Oversee the budgetary responsibility to manage labor, supplies and operational expenses. Interface directly with sales management and product development to manufacture new product designs. Our ideal candidate will have the following: Experience in operations management. 5 years of experience working in the signage industry. Knowledge of photopolymer, CNC routers, and painting applications. Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
