JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS We are currently seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and customer service skills to work as our Software/Embroidery Trainer in our Harleysville, PA Office. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior embroidery experience. This candidate should be someone who has the ability to train and educate our customers on our Software products, Embroidery machines and all other applications of the embroidery business. This candidate may also participate in upselling to our customers when possible. This candidate must be willing to travel up to 100%. Various Microsoft Office product knowledge a must.
