Great tip - we have not yet started to do cold calls at my company. What is the goal of your cold call. To set up an appointment to meet the potential customer? To get them into your shop? To mail them a price list? Do you offer them the free shirt when they come into the shop? Do you ever offer any other gifts - mug ? ect? We have asked current customers if they know anyone else who buys shirts and say "Scott" said your company buys a lot of custom t-shirts. We do business with "Scott" and would like to earn your business. ____________________ -- John | |
