Do not start off using spray tack for the shirt boards.

Get one of the water based products. They work much better, last longer, cost less, less residue on the equipment - and - better for your health, as well as the environment.

I use Tex-Tac, but there are several on the market. Pour or squirt a silver dollar size blob on the shirt board. Use a wet paper towel to spread it around where the printing will occur. Entire board does not need to be tacky. Using the wet paper towel helps cut the thickness down as well. Put under the flash dryer for about 20 seconds and youre ready to go.

When lint builds up during printing, take another damp paper towel, rub it on the board to pick up the lint, hit the board under the flash again, and ready to print.

Touch up the tack maybe every couple hundred shirts, if needed. Stuff gets stronger from flashing, not weaker.
