Yea, I know. Legal and regulated in many foreign countries (leaving Nevada out, lol). However, I think more money would be captured into the coffers by legalizing gambling in the states (most) where gambling is not currently allowed. Even though it is allowed on the Federal level. Example, in Texas its okay for the State to sponsor all kinds of lotteries and scratch-offs supposedly sucking poor peoples money. But except for one indian reservation, several dog tracks and horse tracks, Texans have to go to Louisiana or other states to put down a legal wager. Lots of lost revenue there. | |
