This is a great question. Unfortunatly, I don't have the answer. I can tell you that an 8 micron flake of glitter will pass thru a 30/140 mesh under 20 N/cm. This is a 30 mesh with a 140 micron thread size. This allows for 68% open area. We direct coat with sharp side of coater and medium speed 1 & 1 coating. Again, this is a great question as you are considering the physics involved in screen printing. | ||
