well...without seeing the design heres a suggestion,.````` i would underprint using a 110 or 156. then flash. print the rest of the colors lt. to dark taking into consideration the amount of coverage of each color, ink opacity etc..what colors touch .. you may have to revolve the thing flashing several times? - all overprint colors use 230 mesh screens and i like to print black on black sometimes to clean it all up(156-230 mesh)..depending on the design. run the highlight white last.. post the design and i'll bet you'll get some good suggestions.
